It's Breakup Season...

That's right! From February to March it is official breakup season. Men and women usually wait to breakup after their holiday, new year's eve and Valentine's Day commitments have passed.

In light of this, I think we should post our best "How to Get Over Him Tips" for any heartbroken sugars out there.

I'll start...

1. Don't stay friends
2. Delete him out of your phone or program him as "Don't Answer"
3. Box up pics and gifts that remind you of him.
4. Pamper yourself... mani, pedi, highlight, facial, massage, THE WORKS!
5. Download new songs and find a new restaurant... a change of surroundings or routine will rejuvenate you.
6. Read "He's Just Not That Into You"

7. Remember this is a time to nurture and heal yourself. Try not to mirror the destruction of the relationship that just ended in your new life. See the end of this relationship as an opportunity for creation within yourself.
